The view from just sitting in the living room is spectacular. Sinking into the comfy Italian leather lounges, you can take in the natural beauty of your location. Keep an eye on the kids in the pool, take in the views of the Pumistone Passage, catch a movie on the big screen or settle in for a snooze, it’s yours to enjoy.
Meal times are also a visual treat as you dine at the 6 seater dining room table, plan your daily activities or recount the excitement of the day spent on beautiful Bribie Island.
Just off the living room you can start your day on the open patio with a coffee and breakfast or evening drinks and watch the stunning sunsets over the Glasshouse mountains.

Main Bedroom
Located at the front of the apartment is the spacious queen main bedroom. The airy white window shutters allows you to let in the full light or close yourself off to the outside world. Even lying in bed you get to enjoy the views of the pool, gardens and the Pumistone Passage.
The main bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan or simply open the windows and let in that cooling ocean breeze.
The main bedroom has an enormous walk-in robe with plenty of hanging and shelf space. Here you’ll also find spare pillows and blankets for your comfort.
The ensuite is accessed via the walk-in robe for that extra bit of privacy.

U9 The Gums Anchorage boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances to make you feel right at home. Cook as little or as much as you like. Even standing in the spacious well-lit kitchen, you can still take in the spectacular views of the pool, gardens and Pumistone passage.

Bunk Room
The second bedroom has been fondly named the “Bunk Room”. As kids, who didn’t love a double bunk? Busting in the room and excitedly announcing “I bags the top!!!” is a lifelong childhood memory.
Not just for the kids, the bunk room can comfortably sleep 4 adults with a built in robe for all the luggage.

Main Bathroom & Laundry
The main bathroom is bright and spacious with all the styling and comforts you’d expect. It features an easy access shower, toilet, large basin, electrical points for dryers and shavers and plenty of towel hanging space.
Located off the Kids Retreat is the laundry area which includes a large capacity washer, dryer, sink and clothes line. The laundry is huge with plenty of space for storage. You’ll also find extra seating and a child’s high chair.

Kid's Retreat
Children are always welcome at U9. The entire family can take some time out with a dedicated kids retreat that features plenty of games, TV and free WI-FI. For the adults, there is even a dart board.
Sit on the patio or in the comfort of the lounge room and watch the kids play in the salt water pool right outside your front door. The full size tennis court is also available for booking.
Right across the road is the Pumistone Passage with its white sandy beaches, kids playgrounds and park areas.

Resort Amenities
As a guest at Unit 9 The Gums Anchorage you are welcome to use the resort saltwater pool and sauna or book a time on the tennis court.
If you have a boat or jet ski you can keep it safe and secure in the boat parking area within the security gated grounds of the resort.
Remember you are right across the road from the stunning Pumistone Passage. Swim, fish or roll the boat or jet ski right up on the shore. There is a public boat ramp only 400 meters down the road. Here you will also find a café, fish n’ chips and a range of fast food options.
You are a short walk to the Bribie Island Hotel and Bottle Shop which boasts a full calendar of entertainment, restaurant, bar and function facilities.
If you are up for a slightly longer walk (or short cab ride), you can make your way down to the main street or take a right across the Bribie Island bridge and over to the Sandstone Point Hotel.
